UNBC Summer Camp
Leader: Dh Shraddhavajri, Amla Sheel & Laxmi
Date: 25th & 26th May 2016 – 3pm to 7pm
Place: Azad Nagar Vihar Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh
Objective: To introduce the children with NNBY and UNBC, their vision, mission and uniqueness where they can get the open platform to form a network where they can grow, improve their skills and develop their inbuilt qualities and abilities with mutual love and friendship.

Day 1:
Although the conditions were not so favorable because of summer high temperature and no electricity on the top of that. The first day, Wednesday, 25th June 2016. Couple of days before the children were invited by reaching home to home convincing their parents to send their wards for this noble event. Children collected on time in a count of 50 to 60. The first day of the summer camp started with the Pooja and introduction of our ideals baba sahib Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, father of nation Jyotiba Phule and mother of nation Savitribai Phule and Saint Gadge baba. After that the children were engaged in their self-introduction, motivational songs and energizing games “play for peace”. In the third activity the children were divided into two age groups, 5 to 10 and 11 to 15. For the first age group, the topic daily good habits was conducted and for another group there was writing activity on “my ideal” which was based on the first session of the day .The children responded so well in writing.
The first day ended with the recitation of positive precepts.
Day 2:
Second day was full of enthusiasm and positive energy could be seen among the children. We started again with the introduction of our guru Buddha in the form of story. Another activity was followed by the motivational songs and games same as he first day, third activity was the expression of art, every child was to supposed to draw the sketch of their choice. We distributed the drawing sheets, colors and pencils to most of the children which were taken back so that can be further utilized on such events. Few children brought their own colors and pencils. The children by these two days activity felt so fulfilled and connected that they were requesting to continue with the camp for few more days. Children were appreciated by distributing candies for their performances. At last we played the games and ended up with the recitation of positive precepts.
