Coming from lower echelons of the Society Dhananjay never bothered about poverty and always looked for good things to enhance his life. Though it was difficult to find ways in poverty stricken and caste stricken environment he accepted this and tried to come in contact with good people. He says during a Buddhist convention in Bodhgaya which he came to know from his long-time friend and joined the convention whose fees was arranged by donors from organizer.
Convention was organized by NNBY with support from local TBM centre. Dhananjay could find his solace amongst the other .Soon he became part of the local task group and worked for organizing a Library.
He was well supported by other team members and soon donations were realized for the library and everything worked well. Dhananjay encouraged other family members ,his friends and schoolmates to actively collaborate ,study and work for self development. Dhananjay is one of the key organizer of Youth Convention in Bihar organized in winters of 2018.
